  Excellent customer services, incredibly knowledgeable sales lady. Very helpful, suggesting features we hasn't even considered, she definitely knew her stuff. Competitive prices, knew within10 minutes that her business was the one we wanted to use.

  The assistant didn't look up from her ipad as I came in, was looking for help with a stove with a back boiler and fireplace too, as I spoke to her she was not helpful as it's not something they deal with. She still had her ipad in hand telling me that they won't even look at it and neither will their engineers, when pushed on who could help she had heard of another place in Emsworth bit couldn't give a name. Useless.
